PRODESO ECO STICK is a membrane in high density polyethylene provided with a grid structure of square cavities, each cut back in a dovetail configuration. On the back of the membrane a layer of PSA adhesive is applied to ensure its fixing to the substrates.
PRODESO ECO STICK is an uncoupling and waterproofing membrane, with a thickness of 3.5 mm that guarantees the laying of any flooring and the waterproofing of internal environments even in case of cracked and moisture sensitive substrates.
FUNCTIONS
- Uncoupling
PRODESO ECO STICK neutralizes the differential movement that arise between the substrates and the flooring preventing breakage; It is therefore possible to install tiles also on problematic substrates such as wood and old floors.
- Vapour management
PRODESO ECO STICK interconnected channels guarantee the flow of the vapor pressure generated by the evaporation of the residual water into the substrate. For this it is possible to install PRODESO ECO STICK even on substrates able to absorb moisture such as wood.
- Waterproofing
PRODESO ECO STICK, used with PROBAND 150, waterproofing polyethylene tape covered on both sides with a no-woven fabric in polypropylene and PROBAND KOLL AB, guarantees the waterproofing of internal environments that may come occasionally in contact with water such as bathrooms, saunas and kitchens.
- Heat distribution
Thanks to the interconnected channels of which PRODESO ECO STICK is provided and its low thermal resistance, in case of floor heating system the warm is distributed in a much more uniform way guaranteeing more comfort.
AREAS OF USE
Uncoupling and waterproofing membrane for substrates that could absorb moisture such as wood. The membrane can be installed on old ceramic flooring and natural stones anchored to the substrate and on smooth concrete. Very resistant to saline solutions, acids and alkalis, alcohol and oils. Prodeso ECO Stick membrane is an uncoupling and waterproofing membrane in polyethylene with a thickness of 3.5 mm. The membrane is provided on top with dovetail square cavities and on bottom with a layer of adhesive which guarantees its fixing to the substrate, clean plywood, OSB, metal or old flooring.
Thanks to its particular geometry Prodeso ECO Stick membrane transfers loads directly to the substrate and guarantees the laying of any flooring and the waterproofing even in case of cracked and moisture-sensitive substrates.
