Q: What are your opening hours?
A: Our opening times are:
Monday - Thursday: 8.00am - 5.00pm
Friday: 8.00am - 4.00pm

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery is calculated based on the contents of the products looking to be purchased and will vary depending on the weight and size of the goods as well as the delivery location. A guide to delivery costs can be found on our "Delivery" page by clicking HERE.
An accurate delivery cost can be calculated by adding the required item(s) to a cart / basket and inputting the delivery postcode.
Q: Can I collect an order?
A: Customers within a 34 mile radius of Pure Adhesion will be offered a Click & Collect option once their postcode has been inputted on the cart / basket page. We will email you to confirm the goods are ready to collect. Orders can only be collected from our Wetherby warehouse in normal working hours.
Q: Do I have to be a "trade" customer to visit you or purchase online?
A: Everybody is welcome to visit or purchase online.
Q: How soon can I expect delivery?
A: We aim to despatch orders placed before 1pm for delivery on the following working day.
Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be despatched on the following Monday.
No orders are despatched on weekends, bank holidays or during our annual closure over the Christmas and New Year period.
Q: Do you deliver on Saturdays?
A: Our nominated carriers are only contracted to deliver from Monday to Friday.
Due to the excessive cost charged by the carriers and non-guaranteed and inconsistent service levels for Saturday services, we do not offer Saturday deliveries.
Q: How do I track my delivery?
A: We use a combination of courier and pallet delivery services depending on the size and nature of your order.
Courier deliveries are made by either DPD or DHL.
Pallet deliveries are made using the Palletways haulage network.
Tracking information is sent by text and/or email by all our nominated carriers, and should be received on the day of despatch.
If you have not received tracking information, please check your junk/spam email folder.

Q: How do I return an item?

Q; How can I find out stock levels?
A: Stock levels are listed on the individual product page underneath the "Add to Basket" button.
We aim to be as accurate as possible with our stock levels, but naturally errors can occur.
Should we discover a shortage at the time of packing, we will contact you to discuss lead times or alternative options.
If we do not have the stock you require, please call us on 01937 534577.
We may have new stock on its way or be able to send an order direct from the manufacturer.
Q: How can I amend my order?
A: Please call 01937 534 577 during opening hours. For orders placed online for delivery, we should be able to amend your order if the goods have not been despatched. Alternatively, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can help to rectify any problems as swiftly as possible.
