Removes even stubborn cement and mortar residues, blooms and similar stubborn dirt from acid-resistant surfaces. The cleaner for both newly laid and older porcelain tiles, quarry tiles and terracotta.
Lithofin cement away effortlessly removes surface residues such as mortar and cement, efflorescence, encrusted and engrained dirt, rust as well as calcium and limescale deposits.
Description
Lithofin CEMENT-AWAY is based on a composition of special acids and cleaning components.
This time-tested combination has proven to be the ideal product for many cleaning requirements of the professional user.
Field of Use
Universally usable after tile laying, during fabrication, for cleaning facades and wherever ceramic tiles and stone must be thoroughly cleaned.
Lithofin cement away is used outdoors and at the installation site during construction.
Surfaces: suitable for all acid resistant surfaces such as ceramic tiles, brick, clay and quarry tiles, terracotta, concrete and many natural stones.
Please Note: not suitable for polished and finely honed limestone and marble as well as engineered stone.
Iron containing natural stones such as serizzo can develop yellow discolouration (rust) and should therefore be treated with Lithofin MN Builder’s Clean to avoid this effect.
For indoor use, we recommend Lithofin KF Cement Residue Remover for ceramics and Lithofin MN Builder’s Clean for natural stones.
On acid sensitive stones, use Lithofin MN Power-Clean.
Directions for Use
Dilute Lithofin cement away up to 1:20 with water and apply it to the wet surface. Allow the product to work briefly, then rinse with plenty of clear water.
Please Note: always test the product in an inconspicuous area prior to use. Lithofin CEMENT-AWAY is not suitable for acid sensitive surfaces such as enamel, zinc, chrome,stainless steel, polished marble and limestone, certain decorative tiles, lacquer, etc. Sensitive materials can be damaged by vapours. Always ensure good ventilation during and after use.
Coverage: approx. 10 to 30m² depending on the kind and stubbornness of the deposits.
Storage:
Keep closed and cool. Shelf life of up to five years.
