The NEW GREEN Sigma laser for all the Serie 4 machines.

There is a detailed fitting instruction leaflet included with the laser or can be downloaded on the above "Downloads" tab above.

The laser kit comes with the following components:-

  • A - Pipe Wrench
  • B - Punch with 8mm & 16mm Diameter
  • C - Switch
  • D - Screws & Washers
  • E - Laser / Laser Bracket (Batteries not included)
  • F - Closing / Cover

For assembling correctly, we suggest the use of:-

  • Cross Screwdriver
  • Flathead Screwdriver
  • Hammer
  • 2 x "AA" Type Batteries (NOT SUPPLIED)

 

The Laser Kit comes with the components in the picture:

  • A) Pipe wrench
  • B) Punch with double diameter 8 and 16 mm
  • C) Switch
  • D) Screws with washers
  • E) Laser
  • F) Closing carter

For assemblying correctly we suggest the use of:

  • 1 Cross Screwdriver
  • 1 Flathead Screwdriver
  • 1 Hammer
  • 2 “AA” Type Batteries (not included)
Open the pre-hole on the column by using the punch tool (B) with diameter 8 mm.
Open the pre-hole on the base with the tool (B) up to diameter 16 mm.
Insert the switch (C) in the base.
Put the tile cutter on one side.
Turn the tile cutter and insert the Laser Kit.
By using the pipe wrench and the screwdriver tighten completely the two screws with washers, after loosen them 1/4 turn for later adjustments.
Link together the two connectors to the switch and turn on the laser. Insert 2 “AA” type batteries.
At first the laser line won’t correspond to the cutting line.
By using the flathead screwdriver act on the sheet metal support to rotate the inclination to align the laser line to the cutting line. Then tighten the two screws and switch the laser off.
Place the screwdriver into the slot on the sheet metal body.
Hook the upper teeth in the pockets and widen the laser body with the screwdriver.
Hook the lower tooth into the gap.
Attach label ‘A’ on the base near the power button.
Attach label “B” just below the laser hole on the base.
