MapeLevel EasyClick System is a tile levelling system for ceramic and stone tiles, used on floors and walls and is particularly recommended for the installation of large format tiles.
MapeLevel EasyClick System has been developed to help installers during tile installation. It enables to prevent lippage between adjacent tiles and obtain perfectly flat tiling on floors and walls.

Technical Characteristics

MapeLevel EasyClick System is a screw levelling system for tiles from 3 to 21 mm thick. It consists of two elements:

  • MapeLevel EasyClick Cap, a reusable polypropylene levelling cap, with a special click system for faster application and removal.
  • An HDPE screw spacer available in 3 models to be chosen according to the type of tile and installation pattern:-
  • MapeLevel Easy Spacer L-I (Linear Spacer)
  • MapeLevel Easy Spacer L-T (T Spacer)
  • MapeLevel Easy Spacer L-X (X Spacer).

Each model of spacer is available in 5 different thicknesses (1, 1.5, 2, 3 and 5 mm) identified by 5 different colours, to form grout joints from 1 to 5 mm wide. To form wider grout joints, Mapei Tile Spacer in the width required may also be used together with the system.

N.B. - The cap is the same for all models and sizes of MapeLevel Easy Spacer L.

Thanks to the special click system, MapeLevel EasyClick Cap can be applied more rapidly by pressing the buttons on the cap, thereby considerably reducing overall installation time. Tile levelling can be completed by simply tightening the cap: the effort is amplified by the new anti-friction shield, this allows to obtain complete tile levelling with less effort.

The special open-view design of MapeLevel EasyClick Cap, with wide lateral openings, allows the tile installer to check for accurate tile levelling.

MapeLevel EasyClick Cap is provided with an anti-scratch accessory to protect the surface of delicate tiles and prevent scratches when levelling tiles or removing the spacers.

MapeLevel EasyClick System does not require any additional tools: it is designed for manual installation and removal without the need of screwers or unscrewers. Just two elements are required to prevent lippage between adjacent tiles and obtain a perfectly level tiling.

Advantages

MapeLevel EasyClick System is characterised by fast and easy application and removal. It has been specifically designed to allow a quicker insertion of the cap on the screw and a faster ejection of the disposable elements.
Thanks to the special click system, MapeLevel EasyClick Cap is applied without screwing, by simply pressing the buttons on the sides of the cap.

Screw removal is also easier and extremely quick: by pressing the buttons on the cap, the thread is automatically ejected, avoiding manual or mechanical removal.

MapeLevel EasyClick System is highly versatile and is suitable for use with tiles in a wide range of thicknesses. It includes a complete range of spacers in order to adapt to all installation patterns and offers lower consumption rates compared with traditional wedge systems.

MapeLevel EasyClick System is made from recycled plastic.

Application Procedure

Before installing MapeLevel EasyClick System, make sure it is suitable for the tile and the stone finish chosen.
Make sure the tile surface is perfectly clean and free from residues of tile adhesive or abrasive material before using MapeLevel EasyClick System.

Setting Spacers

Spread the adhesive and place the screw spacers MapeLevel Easy Spacer L under the tile, using the number and model of spacers most suitable for the format and layout of the tiles: MapeLevel Easy Spacer L-I for linear grout joints, MapeLevel Easy Spacer L-T for T joints and MapeLevel Easy Spacer L-X for cross joints. Then install adjacent tiles.

Tile Levelling

Insert MapeLevel EasyClick Cap on the screws by pressing the buttons on the cap until it comes into contact with the tiles. Complete tile levelling by tightening the cap until the tiles are completely levelled.

Removal

Once the adhesive has set, remove the levelling system by striking MapeLevel EasyClick Cap with a rubber mallet (or with your foot) parallel to the grout joint. For quick and easy removal, MapeLevel Easy Spacer L spacers are designed to break off perfectly below the surface of the tile. To remove the disposable elements from the cap, press the buttons and the thread will be automatically ejected, without the need of any other tool or unscrewer. The caps can then be used again to install other tiling.
