Where to Use
MapeGlitter is added to Kerapoxy Easy Design in rates of up to 6% by weight to form grouting mortar with a sparkling, metallic finish, and is particularly recommended for metallic tiles and vitreous tiles and mosaic. MapeGlitter may also be added to Mapelux Lucida in rates of 1% to 3%, according to the finish and tone required, to obtain sparkling finishes on internal walls.
Recommendations
Never use more than the recommended dose of MapeGlitter so that the workability of the grout/mortar is not affected.
Do not use MapeGlitter in swimming pools and for external applications.
How to Use
Mixed with Kerapoxy Easy Design
Add MapeGlitter, at a variable ratio depending on the aesthetic effect desired (up to 6% by weight), to the drum of Kerapoxy Easy Design mix after mixing the two components of Kerapoxy Easy Design (A+B). Create a hole in the mix obtained and pour MapeGlitter in it; cover it and manually mix with a trowel to properly blend the glitter. Then mix with a low-speed mixer until an even blend is obtained. Apply the Kerapoxy Easy Design/MapeGlitter blend within 45 minutes of mixing.
